Catalyst Recruitment Systems Ltd is an Australian owned, quality accredited ISO company, listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, as a supplier of human resource and recruitment services to more than 3,000 companies nationally.
The existing security infrastructure at Catalyst Recruitment Systems comprised of a Unix firewall running Squid proxy server, which had been in use since 1999. Due to exceptional growth in the business, Catalyst had outgrown their existing security infrastructure. As part of a larger infrastructure refresh program, Total Network Support proposed and implemented a new security solution incorporating Microsoft ISA Server 2004.
This solution was designed to scale with the organisation’s expected growth and continuing reliance on the IT systems whilst providing an accelerated Internet experience and secure network environment.
