Dieterle & Victory provides freight forwarding for a variety of wholesale & retail customers.  Information Technology is absolutely critical in the successful day to day operations at Dieterle & Victory. In particular specific business applications are used by the operations team to track shipments and create invoices, however, due to the business application’s software design and increased demands performance had become frustratingly slow and unworkable.

Working with Dieterle & Victory’s software provider, Total Network Support implemented a Windows Server 2003 Terminal Services solution to run this particular business application. This resulted in a significant increase in performance and allowed operations team to be more productive and effective. This project took five weeks to complete, including scoping, design, implementation and testing the solution.
