Gellibrand Residential Services (GRS) have been operating since
the late 1970’s, providing support services for people with physical
and intellectual disabilities.
They found their existing system of Microsoft Small Business Server 2000 was no longer robust enough to support them moving forward into a period of rapid growth.
Microsoft Small Business Server 2003 and Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Terminal Services were configured allowing all sites to connect via the Internet utilising newly acquired ADSL connections. Microsoft Exchange 2003 was implemented to manage the collaboration between the sites.
