Hewlett Packard is voluntarily recalling approximately 162,000 lithium-ion batteries. These batteries were shipped with laptops sold between July 2007 & May 2008 and can overheat, and rupture. In the interest of public safety it is advised that clients remove the batteries immediately from their notebooks and contact HP.
