The existing infrastructure at Leasing Consultants comprised of a Small Business Server 4.5 server. Due to growth in the business and a higher demand for mobile collaboration, Leasing Consultants decided that there substantial benefits available if they updated there aged messaging system. A part of a general infrastructure program, Total Network Support proposed a new messaging & collaboration platform based on Exchange 2003 – part of the Small Business Server 2003 feature set.

This platform was designed in a way that it would scale with the organisations expected growth and continuing reliance on the IT systems whilst providing a rich set of tools for calendaring, email and mobile collaboration.
